Refund Policy — MASHVFX Digital Products

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered and/or downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The files delivered were corrupted or unusable and a replacement cannot be provided

If either of these situations applies, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will make it right.
