By completing a purchase on this store, you agree to the following terms:
License All digital products sold through this store — including but not limited to LUT packs and SFX packs — are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and commercial work.
What You Can Do
- Use the products in client work, social media content, films, highlight tapes, advertisements, and other commercial projects
- Use the products across multiple personal devices
What You Cannot Do
- Redistribute, share, or transfer the files to any third party
- Resell, relicense, or repackage the products in any form — including as part of another pack, bundle, or digital product
- Upload the files to any platform where they can be downloaded by others
- Claim the products as your own original work
No Refunds Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase and download.
Ownership All products remain the intellectual property of David Mashinsky. Purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright in any form.
Updates These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of purchased products constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
